These Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) govern the entry and administration of the Christmas Competition (the “Competition”). By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. The Promoter

The Competition is run by Nicole Baird photography (the “Promoter”) in collaboration with the participating vendors (The Wedding Creative, The Aligner Dentist, Brogan Hair and Nailed It Aesthetics).

2. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to residents of The United Kingdow, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and the Vendors, their families, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the Competition.
  • Entrants must be planning a wedding, as the prizes are directly related to wedding preparation and services.

3. How to Enter

To be eligible for entry, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Follow: Follow all participating Vendor pages on the platform where the Competition is hosted (e.g., Instagram):
    • @nicolebaird_photography
    • @the_weddingcreative
    • @thealignerdentist
    • @nailedit_essthetics
    • @broganhairx
  2. Comment: Comment on the original Competition post with their wedding date and venue.
  3. Extra Entry: Participants can gain one (1) extra entry by sharing the original Competition post to their personal story on the hosting platform and ensuring their profile is public or a screenshot is sent to the Promoter to verify the share.

4. The Prize

There is one (1) overall prize package (the “Prize”) for one (1) winner, consisting of the following services, generously provided by the Vendors:

  • Engagement Photoshoot: A free engagement photoshoot with @nicolebaird_photography. Specific location, duration, and delivery details to be agreed upon directly with the photographer.
  • Content Package: A half-day content package for the winner’s wedding day from @the_weddingcreative. Subject to the vendor’s availability on the winner’s wedding date.
  • Teeth Whitening: Free teeth-whitening service from @thealignerdentist. A consultation may be required, and the service is subject to the winner’s dental suitability as determined by the Vendor.
  • Nails: A set of Biab by @nailedit_essthetics. The specific style and appointment time must be agreed upon with the Vendor.
  • Hair Service: A fresh hair cut, hair mask, and blow dry from @broganhairx. The appointment time must be agreed upon with the Vendor.

Prize Conditions:

  • The Prize services are non-transferable and must be used by the registered competition winner.
  • The Prize has no cash alternative.
  • All services are subject to the individual Vendor’s booking policies, availability, and specific terms of service.

5. Competition Period

The Competition will open on start on the 1st of December and close at 12pm on the 23rd of December. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received that meet the entry requirements outlined in Section 3.
  • Each comment counts as one entry, and the story share counts as one additional entry.
  • The random draw will take place on the 23rd of December.
  • The selection will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification of the Winner

  • The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) and/or a comment reply on the Competition post within 48 hours of the draw.
  • The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, they forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same selection method.

8. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these T&Cs without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
